• They have obtained any required sync, mechanical, or public performance licenses for any underlying compositions featured in their recordings.

By uploading content, you grant PianoFrame a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and stream the content on the platform.

You are solely responsible for your uploads. PianoFrame is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by user-submitted content.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activity.
• Is defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors.
• Misrepresents authorship or impersonates another person.

5. DMCA & Copyright

PianoFrame complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown notice via our DMCA page. We respond to valid notices within 3 business days. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

6. Account Termination

PianoFrame reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms or that upload infringing content, with or without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PianoFrame does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the content on the platform is accurate, complete, or up to date.
